Bibi is a woman devoted to her husband, Rubinho, believing in his innocence when he is arrested for involvement in drug trafficking. ​When she discovers the truth, she remains by his side, helping him escape, confronting the police, and moving up to the favela, where she becomes known as “Bibi Perigosa.” With Rubinho’s downfall, Bibi faces persecution, poverty, and romantic disillusionment, ultimately leaving the past behind to rebuild her life.​
