This book is aimed at the business student and guides him/her through the morasses and mysteries of the marshy field of organizational behavior. It is divided into three critical dimensions: structure, process and values. These can be applied to four different levels of behavioral systems: the individual, the group, the organization, and society and the end products of these systems can be cast into two categories -task and human.
